The safety and health of our valued customers, staff and contractors is of the utmost importance to us. We are, and will continue to follow the advice of the government and have implemented all practical measures to help protect our communities.
Morris developments are now closed for all new visitors but our professional teams are available to help you with any queries you may have via telephone and email. We are available at our developments for our Customers that are due to move into their new homes and remain committed in providing the best possible service during these difficult times.
For Customers visiting our developments on day of completion, we have increased the frequency of our thorough cleaning processes as well as providing hand sanitisers alongside hand washing facilities and boxes of tissues. Please help protect yourself and others by washing your hands with soap and water or using hand sanitiser when you arrive and leave the development. We will complete your hand-over whilst adhering to current government guidelines for social distancing. We would like to politely request that if you feel unwell and may be experiencing Covid-19 symptoms that you make us aware prior to handover as soon as reasonably possible.
As is the case with many businesses, due to the evolving situation with Covid-19 we have put strict measures in place to help protect you and others. If you are an existing Morris Homes Customer please be advised that we are only able to book Customer Care appointments for emergency issues such as loss of heating, water or electricity. If you are contacting us with an emergency and are self-isolating with Covid-19 symptoms please make us aware on your initial call.
